Last week Carter kind of started sitting up. At first it was only for a few seconds and as you can see in these pictuers, I felt safer surrounding him with pillows. It also helps to distract him by keeping a toy in front of him. If he is focused on the toy (or getting that toy in his mouth) he doesn't think about what is behind him and stays up longer.

Don't worry Geelans, I have picked up the St. Patty's Day attire (actually did something ahead of time). He will not go without the green.
