Happy St. Patty's Day!

We had a nice but very tiring weekend. Brain had to work a lot so I learned how much I really need his help. Especially now because Carter is soooo heavy.

His new trick is you can stand him up against the couch and he will hold on all by himself. As you can tell from the pictures, he is very proud of himself.

Carter finally got his 6month shots and I asked if they could wiegh him for my own curiosity. He was 18lbs 3oz with diaper. And some of his new tricks are, better strap him down or he will find his way out, he will lock his knees and stand up a lot longer now and the remote is his new favorite toy.

Carter saw his friend Cannon in one of these and was so impressed. Had to check out this seatcover business for himself. Naturally, sitting upright and being able to see, he absolutely loved it. We may have had to pack him in a little bit. Mommy and Aunt Theresa sure got a kick out of watching him. Might have been my most favorite trip to Target. And it had nothing to do with the amount of money I spent.....

Hanging out with Daddy

So Friday night we ordered pizza, stuffed ourselves and hung out at home with Carter. Funny how that is now our idea of the perfect Friday night. Also funny that Carter wanted to stuff himself right along with us. I laughed so hard at these pictures. Look at that belly! It just looks uncomfortable. Yet he sat there with a smile on a face. You gotta love it.
